The room was perfect! It had a sofa, nice. The location is perfect for everywhere in the city. Staff are helpful. The bar had good drinks. I would come back.

I was in a premium room, it was a good size. The bathroom sparkled and included good toiletries. Showers are glorious and very clean, I really liked it.

Breakfast is excellent, I liked it alot! They had Lincolnshire sausages, back bacon, and eggs. The bar area is perfect for breakfast with dogs. They have hot plates, awesome.

Check-in was easy. Staff is friendly and helpful, I must say. Location is very close to the city center. The city tour bus stop is just outside, great for pick up. I really liked this feature.

The location was convenient to the wharf area restaurants nearby.
The room showed signs of age with tired decor. The bathroom had a peculiar odor. I suspect the ventilation system needs attention. the noise from nearby rooms was disruptive late into the night, I suppose some thicker walls might solve the problem.

The wharf area near the hotel provided a lovely place for a walk. Good parking access was also available. The location offers good roads access around the county.
There were very few plug sockets in the room and none next to the bed.
